KNX/EIB Building Facilities

KNX is a communication protocol suitable for home and building construction. Through the KNX bus system, users can achieve centralized control and efficient management of lighting, air conditioning, water supply, power supply, security and other equipment in the building, achieving digital upgrading of residential buildings.

In this case, TXGA provides KNX wiring terminals for building facilities, which adopt a clamping spring structure. After wire stripping, the wires can be directly inserted into the wiring port, achieving on-site installation and more convenient assembly. After insertion, the elastic metal sheet of the terminal is pressed down to fix the conductor, ensuring that the product can maintain stable insertion in strong vibration environments. The one in multiple out structure design of the connector allows the bus connection of the device to remain interconnected during component replacement, facilitating maintenance. And it can simplify wiring to achieve more precise electrical structures for equipment.
The KNX wiring terminal housing is equipped with a convex hull and buckle groove structure, allowing users to freely choose single or multiple combinations for use. After the exposed convex hull structure is fastened into the reserved groove of the equipment casing, it can effectively strengthen fixation and prevent the product from loosening when the wire is pulled. The product meets the transmission requirements of EN/IEC 60998-2-2 and is currently widely used in gateway, actuator, controller, coupler, input module, bus power supply, IP router and other equipment of KNX system.
