Return and exchange rules

Txga ‘s return, refund, and exchange window is open for Items purchased within 30 days upon receipt that are eligible to be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

 

After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement service for your order with a surcharge or extra charge to negotiate.

 

 

What we expect our customers to do before they request to fulfill a return:

 

1. Customers must contact Txga’s service team: at service@txga.com to request a return/refund/exchange prior to fulfilling a return.

 

2. We will approve your request if your order has a problem that was caused on our part. Or we may reject your request for return/refund/exchange otherwise. Please be assured that we will inform you via email in case either your request is approved or rejected.

 

3. Customers must provide valid proof of purchase:

  • Order number from online purchases made through Txga.com.
  • Sales invoice/contract
  •  

4. If your request is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return.

 

5. Customers are required to send their returns to our Huizhou factory within 1 week whose detailed information is provided below:

We accept returns/refunds/exchanges in the cases shown below:

 

1. Defect order of quality flaw received

 

2. Damaged/deformed/cracked products received

 

3. Product quality issue failing to function/perform.

 

4. Different products received as you ordered

 

5. Shortage of quantities of items purchased/ordered

 

6. Returns must include all accessories

 

7. Items must include original packaging

 

8. Txga refunds the cost of the product itself if they are not with quality problems.

 

9. Please contact our authorized reseller/distributor for return/refunds/exchange service support where you purchased your products.

 

10. Lost or missing order after our confirmation.

 

 

Please read the below notes for your awareness:

 

Txga only takes the responsibility for covering the shipping fee for the orders returned which is with quality problems caused on our part. 

 

Txga takes no responsibility for customs duty/tariffs incurred for the shipping of your orders/returns under any circumstances.

 

Warranties on products or refund/partial refund fulfilled are void after having been fully refunded.

 

All refunds will be issued within 7 business days when your return process is complete. Refunds will be sent back to your original-paid PayPal/bank account.
