Return and exchange rules
TXGA standard parts can be returned and exchanged for seven days without reason. After receiving the goods, customers must check and try them in time. When you need to apply for a return, please log on to the TXGA official website and fill in the return application.
If you need to apply for a return, please do as follows within 7 natural days of receiving the goods.
1) Log in to the TXGA official website;
2) Enter the personal center, click on the order center-after-sales application.
3) Select the "Apply for After-sales" button on the right side of the goods to be returned to initiate a return application.
4) Fill in the after-sales application
We will review your return request within 1 to 2 business days.
If you encounter any problems during the return process, you can contact TXGA customer service for assistance.
1. Within 7 natural days after the customer receives the goods, the outer packaging, accessories, and instructions of the product are complete, and there is no artificial damage, which does not affect the second sale;
2. Within 7 natural days after the customer received the goods, it was discovered that the product had a performance failure that was not artificially damaged.
We have the right to reject the customer's return request in the following situations:
The request for return is made more than 7 natural days after the date of receipt;
The returned product is incomplete, incomplete, or severely damaged;
There is no legal proof of purchase or receipt at the time of return;
Irregular operation or failure to follow the instructions of the manual has caused serious product quality problems;
After contacting TXGA to confirm the return service, the corresponding item was not sent within 7 natural days;
1) If the order is not shipped, we will review your refund application within 1 working day. When the return application is approved, TXGA will return the payment in the same way.
2) If the order has been shipped, we will review your refund request within 1 to 2 working days. If the return application is approved and the returned goods are tested to meet the return standards, TXGA will return the payment in the same way.
If the order is refunded, the points earned for this order will be cancelled.
Return shipping fee
The return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.
