1. Develop quality plans, conduct quality control and improvement activities to ensure that products meet quality requirements;
2. Develop quality and technical regulations and supervise their implementation; Responsible for determining inspection methods and standards; Handle incoming materials/process anomalies;
3. Specify product quality control plan, product inspection standard SIP, evaluate the effectiveness of testing fixtures and equipment, and the effectiveness of training inspectors;
4. Responsible for supervising and analyzing production, IPQC, OQC and other process workers, identifying loopholes and promptly handling them;
5. Provide timely feedback on process abnormalities, and provide solutions and execution reports;
6. Audit of production site; Each process follows quality management, drafting quality inspection standards and specifications, providing training on standards, promoting quality awareness, and assisting SQE and IPQE in handling on-site abnormalities and resolving them.

1. College degree or above, with over 2 years of experience in quality management/PQE in the wiring harness/connector industry;
2. Familiar with process quality control procedures and relevant standards, proficient in quality control methods;
3. Has good communication and organizational coordination skills.
