Plastic Mold Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for producing DFM based on new products and designing injection molds according to mold schedule requirements;
2. Responsible for optimizing the structural design of injection molds;
3. Purchase the mold parts and standard components that are responsible for. Follow up on the progress and quality of mold processing, and guide technical personnel in mold assembly;
4. Organize the review, modification, and mass production transfer of molds under the responsibility of the organization;
5. Create, archive, save, and update the BOM and mold history materials for the responsible molds;

Job Requirements

1. Age range: 25-45 years old. College degree or above, with over three years of experience in precision mold design;
2. Proficient in precision connector plastic mold design, able to independently complete new mold 3D and 2D design according to delivery time;
3. Capable of independently solving problems in mold trial production and manufacturing;
4. Familiar with mold materials, plastic raw material characteristics, connector mold assembly tolerances, and assembly process requirements;
5. Proficient in using software such as AutoCAD, Pro/E, UG, Creo, Office, etc;
