The production process of precision connectors can be simply divided into four steps: stamping, electroplating, injection molding, and assembling. Through step-by-step standardized processing, high-quality precision connectors are finally obtained.

1. Stamping

The first step in the production of precision connectors is stamping pins, that is, stamping hardware. The hardware on the precision connector is a large coil of thin copper coil before being decomposed. The manufacturer uses a large stamping machine or a high-speed punch to make pins according to drawings or customer requirements.

2. Electroplating

After the precision connector is stamped, the next step is electroplating. This process is done by the original factory or sent to a professional electroplating factory for electroplating.
