Aviation connector technical requirements

Aviation plugs are electromechanical components that connect electrical circuits. In simple terms, they are power or signal connectors. It is different from the ordinary plugs used in our lives. In terms of electrical parameters, aviation plugs must have a high requirement index. TXGA specializes in the production of high-performance aviation connectors, which are pressure-resistant and shock-resistant, easy to use, and can still operate stably in various severe weather. Enter [Product Center] to understand immediately.

Technical requirements for aerial plug:

1. The shells of all aviation plugs and sockets use flame-retardant insulation shells to prevent the aviation sockets from contacting the cabinet body. They are made of non-metallic materials and have a rectangular shape;

2. The telemetry loop connector adopts 6-pin aerial plug, which must have the function of preventing open circuit (automatic short circuit when the plug is unplugged);

3. The remote control loop adopts 4-core aerial plug;

4. The remote signal loop adopts 6-core aerial plug;

5. The aviation plug must be equipped with a dedicated PE connection position; and the shielded wire connection is earlier than the pin connection to ensure safety;

6. Plugs and sockets must have locking parts to prevent them from falling off after being connected;

7. The insert core preferentially adopts the tool-free wiring method of in-line spring connection;

8. The pins in the aviation ferrule must be silver-plated on the surface; to ensure the reliability of the connection;

9. Aviation plugs and sockets should be designed to prevent misplugging in order to prevent misplugging on site

10. The operating environment temperature meets -40℃~125C;

11. Protection level: IP65;

12. Rated overvoltage≥6kV;

13. It is designed to reliably prevent condensation and frost.
