(1) Before inserting the industrial connector, confirm whether the code, interface shape, interface positioning keyway, positioning color code, locking pin and slot, positioning screw, screw hole and other auxiliary positioning designs of the plug and socket to be inserted are consistent to avoid wrong insertion.
(2) In the process of pushing in or screwing in the industrial connector, the mating surface of the plug and socket shall be aligned in parallel and the cable or wire shall be straightened, then the locking sleeve shall be pushed in gently or slowly screwed into place along the axis direction and locked. If it is found that the two mating surfaces are skewed, not correctly positioned, or feel tight beyond the normal force or have abnormal feelings such as obstruction, stop the operation, pull out along the axis direction and check the status, and then plug again after troubleshooting. To avoid damaging the connector, special auxiliary tools can be used for plugging and unplugging.
(3) When tightening the tail cover of the plug or socket, the tail cover outlet cable or wire cannot rotate with it. During blind insertion, it is recommended to use lighting and visual functional equipment (such as micro camera or endoscope and monitor) to monitor the blind insertion process. Carry out blind plug operation under the condition of no light and monitoring equipment. Use your fingers to feel the corresponding characteristics of the interface to be plugged, and then plug it in place and lock it.
(4) During the locking operation, if it occurs or is found that it cannot be locked normally, it shall be checked after being pulled out in time, and then it shall be plugged and locked according to the regulations. For the power connector of the thick and hard cable, the cable shall be fixed to prevent the power connector from being pulled out and damaged due to the overweight of the cable. After the power connector is plugged and locked, the cable at the tail cover outlet shall be kept in a natural extension state, and the starting part of the cable bending shall generally be more than 30mm away from the tail cover outlet. When bending, the internal bending radius of the cable shall generally not be less than 4 times of the outer diameter of the cable. When plugging and unplugging the power connector, hold its body for plugging and unplugging, and do not directly grasp the cable or wire for operation.
