The TXGA product portfolio meets the reliability and miniaturization requirements of satellite navigation systems for connectors

The satellite navigation system consists of three parts: satellite terminal, ground control system, and user equipment. Through signal transmission between the three parts, satellite navigation systems provide high-precision positioning, navigation, and timing services to global users. With the continuous penetration of various application forms into people's production and life on the user device end of satellite navigation systems, various devices have ushered in an integrated design trend.
TXGA provides a connector product portfolio for satellite navigation system user devices, with stable and reliable transmission performance, while meeting the miniaturization requirements of satellite navigation systems for connectors.
Micro D-shaped connector
TXGA micro D-shaped connector, whose terminals are designed with Fried Dough Twists pins, can provide more reliable multi-point contact when matching with sockets, and is suitable for extreme vibration and shock environments. The contact spacing of the product is only 1.27mm, and its volume is about 50% of the standard D-shaped connector, which can effectively save installation space and achieve a more compact design for satellite navigation equipment.

RF connectors
TXGA TNC RF connector, with a characteristic impedance of 50 Ω, a standing wave ratio of 1.3Max, and a frequency range of 0-6GHz, meets the stability and accuracy requirements of satellite navigation equipment for RF signal transmission. The working temperature range of the product is -55 ℃~+125 ℃, suitable for extreme environments with rapid alternation of high and low temperatures.

RJ45 connector
The TXGA RJ45 connector contacts use gold-plated terminals, with a data transmission rate of up to 1000Base-T, providing efficient and reliable data transmission for satellite navigation equipment. The product supports a multi port stacking design, with up to double layer eight ports, which helps to save internal space of satellite navigation equipment and reduce installation costs.

TXGA has a team of senior R&D engineers and nearly a hundred product patents, which can provide customers with innovative and reliable systematic connection solutions, meet the various interconnection needs of satellite navigation systems, and build a technological foundation for the innovative development of the industry.
