TXGA FPC/FFC connectors provide a new, flexible and stable interconnection solution for security surveillance pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) cameras and their main bodies

In the urban security system, with the aid of surveillance pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) cameras, cameras can flexibly monitor from multiple angles, greatly reducing blind spots in urban surveillance and ensuring urban safety. However, in the actual operation of security surveillance, the wiring harness between the PTZ camera and the main body is subject to traction, pulling, and bending, which also increases the probability of monitoring equipment malfunction.

The FPC/FFC connector developed and produced by TXGA is a more flexible and stable interconnection solution between the gimbal and the main body in security surveillance. For the special requirement of flexible rotation of the surveillance gimbal, the FPC/FFC connector is designed with a front-lifting lock structure. During installation, the flip cover of the connector can firmly press and lock the FFC cable, ensuring tight contact between the cable and the connector, greatly improving stability. At the same time, the cable has superior durability, capable of withstanding more than 100,000 dynamic bends. Even if the gimbal rotates at a large angle, the internal cable and connector can always be firmly connected, ensuring that security surveillance is both flexible and stable during operation.
