TXGA Mini I/O connector - saves 75% of space, is securely installed and can withstand a 98N tensile force, featuring a 360-degree shielding design

TXGA Mini I/O connector features an upgraded push-pull latch structure, extended slide track, and widened operating contact surface, making unlocking more convenient! With a compact design, it saves 75% of installation space compared to traditional RJ45 connectors, enabling efficient layout within limited space.

The installation advantage of Mini I/O connectors lies in their provision of two interface types: D-shaped and U-shaped. They support installation in 90° and 180° directions, allowing for parallel mounting with a 11mm spacing on PCB boards. This meets the needs of multiple I/O connections in various application scenarios and contributes to the miniaturization and integration of components.

When installing the sturdy interconnection socket, the connector housing is connected to the PCB board through multiple solder joints to ensure a secure connection. After the male and female connectors are mated, the internal interface adopts a double-headed contact spring structure, which can effectively resist impact and vibration. The external part is equipped with metal buckles, which can withstand a tensile force of 98 N, avoiding the occurrence of connection loosening caused by accidental pulling of wires and maintaining stable data transmission.

The shielded connector is matched with a shielded cable, featuring a 360° shielding design to prevent external electromagnetic signal interference and ensure high-speed data transmission.

The high-speed transmission product supports data rates ranging from 10Mbps to 1Gbps, with a transmission distance of up to 100 meters. It is compatible with both POE and POE+, meeting the integrated needs of high-speed communication and device power supply.

The compatible Mini I/O connector also provides a D-type/U-type straight plug to RJ45 conversion, supporting the CAT8 standard. The plug uses punch-free crystal heads, requiring no professional tools for installation, making it convenient to install. It is compatible with RJ45 modular sockets, allowing industrial equipment to be connected to standard Ethernet while retaining the original RJ45 interface of the device, thereby enhancing device efficiency.
