Product Introduction
TXGA's exhibited connector types include circular connectors, D-shaped/rectangular signal connectors, data communication and network connectors, board to board/backplane connectors, wiring terminals and electrical connections, RF/coaxial connectors, wire to board/wire to wire connectors, audio and video and universal interfaces, power connectors, automotive specific connectors, etc.
The product is suitable for multi industry equipment interconnection scenarios, with high reliability, long life, anti-interference, environmental resistance and other characteristics. It can meet various scene requirements in complex and harsh environments such as high and low temperatures, continuous vibration, dust, high humidity, and strong electromagnetic interference.
Exhibition Product Essentials
1. Glass sealing connector
The glass sealed connector adopts glass sintering technology, which has reliable airtightness, insulation and mechanical strength. It can withstand high temperature, high pressure, corrosion and vacuum environment, and is suitable for extreme reliability requirements in industries such as aviation, aerospace, petroleum exploration, medical equipment, etc., providing solid guarantee for various complex environments.
2. Filter D-shaped connector
The integrated die-casting shell with internal sealed welding structure significantly enhances the ability to resist electromagnetic interference. Adopting a fastening spring design, stable and reliable contact is achieved through elastic connection, effectively preventing equipment from experiencing connection looseness, poor contact and other faults in strong impact and vibration environments. Ensure high-quality shielding effect.
3. Ultra fine D-shaped connector
The volume is only 50% of the micro D-shaped connector, with a precise contact spacing of 0.635mm, which reduces layout space and reduces interconnect weight for the device. More suitable for industrial equipment with high-density, high reliability, miniaturization, and lightweight requirements, to meet the more flexible and reliable electrical interconnection needs of the equipment.
4. Mini I/O connector
Supports data rates ranging from 10Mbps to 1Gbps, with a transmission distance of up to 100 meters. It is also compatible with POE and POE+, meeting the integration requirements of high-speed communication and device power supply. On the PCB board, parallel installation with a spacing of 11mm can be achieved to meet the application scenarios of multiple I/O connections, which helps to miniaturize and integrate components.
5. M12 circular connector
The TXGA M12 circular connector has been upgraded in appearance, with products including A code, B code, D code, X code, and Y code. These 5 encoding types provide different bit selection and can adapt to diverse application scenarios, becoming a key and reliable interconnection solution in industrial equipment, industrial Ethernet, fieldbus, rail transit, power equipment and other fields.
