The TXGA battery swapping connector adopts a 10 bit mixed core design, configured with 7 signal contacts, 2 power contacts, and 1 ground contact. It can simultaneously complete high current power transmission, battery status data exchange, and reliable grounding protection within the same interface without the need for additional connection ports, greatly simplifying the overall wiring structure of the swapping system. The male and female seats of the product are designed with wire bonding installation, which is suitable for the wiring harness requirements in the vast majority of battery swapping scenarios. Assembly can be completed without the need for complex fixtures, and is suitable for various spatial layouts of vehicle and battery ends.

Safety Electrical Design
The male socket of the connector supports a withstand voltage of 5000V AC r.m.s, and the female socket supports a withstand voltage of 2500V AC r.m.s, with a minimum insulation resistance of 100M Ω.
