TXGA EWB connector - a compact, vibration-resistant, high-performance connector for automotive applications

TXGA EWB connectors feature a contact spacing of 2.0mm and support an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The product line incorporates a dual-spring structure within the terminal, enhancing contact stability and suppressing external vibrations to ensure stable equipment operation. Currently, it is primarily used in automotive electrical control units (ECU) and automotive battery management systems (BMS) among other devices.

Anti-vibration structure
The double-spring structure inside the terminal of the connector wire end enhances contact stability and effectively buffers and suppresses the impact of external vibration on connection stability. Even if the equipment is in harsh working conditions, such as frequent vibration and bumpy environments, it can still maintain stable and reliable electrical connections, ensuring the normal operation of the equipment.

The EWB connector offers a choice of 2/4/8/12/16/20/24-bit options, with both single-row and double-row arrangements, as well as 90° and 180° installation directions, fully meeting the diverse connection needs of different devices and facilitating flexible configuration by users according to actual scenarios.
