TXGA M12 circular connectors encompass A, B, D, X, and Y coding types. These five coding types offer varying bit options, adapting to diverse application scenarios and becoming a crucial and reliable interconnection solution in fields such as industrial equipment, industrial Ethernet, fieldbus, rail transit, and power equipment.

Stable interconnection
The connector adopts a threaded connection method, which is firm and reliable after tightening the threads. It effectively resists vibration and pulling, avoiding connection loosening or falling off of the equipment in case of vibration or accidental pulling.

Once the connector is locked in place, it exhibits excellent waterproof performance, achieving a protection level of IP67/IP68, effectively preventing the ingress of liquids and dust. Furthermore, the product is capable of operating normally in extreme temperature ranges from -40℃ to +80℃, ensuring stable performance in various industrial environments, both indoors and outdoors.


Shock and vibration resistance
In vibration testing, the connector can withstand vibration conditions with a frequency range of 10 Hz to 500 Hz, an amplitude of up to 0.35 mm, or a vibration speed of 50 m/s. In terms of impact testing, it can withstand impact accelerations of up to 490 m/s², and the impact duration can reach 11 milliseconds.

Encoding A and B support DC power supply and can meet the basic industrial automation needs; Encoding D supports a transmission rate of 100 Mbps and is compatible with mainstream industrial Ethernet protocols such as PROFINET, Ethernet/IP, and Modbus-TCP; Encoding X has a data transmission rate of up to 10Gbps and supports Ethernet CAT6A; Encoding Y has a data transmission rate of up to 100Mbps and supports Ethernet hybrid CAT5, achieving power + data integration through a single cable, reducing wiring costs.
