JL27 printed circuit connector: multi leaf spring socket structure for stable interconnection

TXGA high-performance JL27 printed circuit connector adopts a multi leaf spring gold-plated socket structure. During the insertion process, the uniformly distributed inwardly bent elastic contact pieces in the socket synchronously press the pins, forming a complete enveloping contact surface and achieving multi-point synchronous stable contact. This structure can effectively disperse the local contact stress of the socket, greatly reduce the mechanical wear during terminal insertion and extraction, extend the overall service life of the connector, and fundamentally ensure the long-term durability and signal transmission reliability of the electrical connection between the pin and the socket.

TXGA is equipped with two types of sockets for the JL27 series: straight end and bent end. After the PCB board is soldered through the holes, it can support two docking methods: plug insertion at 90 ° and plug insertion at 180 °. Paired with matching single head and double head wiring harnesses, it can achieve efficient and flexible modular interconnection configuration in PCB board layout, greatly simplifying the overall wiring design of the machine.
